Seoul, South Korea — September 15, 2025 — Corners Global, a smart safety solutions company, met with officials from the City of Riverside, California, marking a step forward in the company's plans for expanding its U.S. footprint.
The meeting was arranged after the City of Riverside, seeking to attract advanced Korean technology companies, formally requested cooperation from the Korea Smart Village Association as part of its program supporting overseas business expansion. Out of the association's member network, Corners Global was selected as one of two exceptionally prepared tech innovators matching Riverside’s industry priorities.
The Corners Global leadership presented its core public safety suite: InteleGuide, its smart evacuation guidance system for fire and gas hazards; and InteleVac, its smart active shooter response system.
Riverside Leadership Signals Support
Riverside officials expressed interest in Corners Global's technology and its applicability in municipal and industrial safety.
"We were deeply impressed by the excellent technology and market competitiveness demonstrated by the Korean companies," said Miranda Evans, Deputy Director of Riverside's Community & Economic Development Department. City Councilmember Steven Robillard added, "Should they choose to enter Riverside, we will provide sufficient administrative and financial support to help them successfully establish themselves."
Wonsun Kim, President of the Korea Smart Village Association, said the meeting gave member companies direct access to Riverside decision-makers, and that both companies responded positively to the city's commitment.

Corners Global plans to build a local presence by joining the ExCITE Riverside incubator program and running a pilot of InteleVac in the Inland Empire.
